Can I enquire before collecting keys?+

Yes. Share the latest handover notice, unit layout and your intended rental timing. The team can discuss preparation before you commit to a setup.

Do I need a floor plan?+

It helps the team identify the unit type, but it is not required to start. You can share it later if available.
