Is Neststay offering an EST8-specific income programme?+
Not yet. We are inviting EST8 Seputeh owners to request an individual unit assessment. The rental model, preparation scope, fees and any agreement terms will be discussed after we review the unit and building rules. COVE Residence Melaka programme terms do not apply to EST8.
Can my EST8 unit be used for Airbnb or short stays?+
That depends on the building’s current management rules, relevant requirements and your unit’s suitability. We will check the permitted rental approach before recommending short-stay, longer-term rental or another model. No short-stay approval or income level is promised on this page.
What if I have not received vacant possession yet?+
You can still enquire. Tell us whether you are waiting for handover, already have keys, or are renovating, and share your expected timeline. The published project information does not establish a confirmed vacant-possession date for your particular unit.
What information should I send first?+
Building and unit type, built-up size in square feet, bedrooms, bathrooms, furnishing condition, current handover status and your preferred rental goal. The general enquiry does not request ownership documents.
What happens after I fill in the enquiry?+
The form prepares a WhatsApp message for you to review and send. Neststay receives your details only after you press Send in WhatsApp. Our team can then discuss suitability, preparation and next steps with you.
