No. This page invites Maxim Risen owners to request an individual assessment. We have not published a project-wide rental-pool scheme, management fee, furnishing package or guaranteed return for this building. COVE Residence Melaka terms do not apply.
Can I use my Maxim Risen unit for short stays or Airbnb?+
